Tuna Carbonara for Easter

During Easter Season, my family mostly prepared Filipino native delicacies. While far from them, I am giving this time another twist by trying this simple yet delicious Pasta recipe.

8 oz. spaghetti pasta
3 cloves minced garlic
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
4 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 oz. can white tuna, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Meanwhile,in a large saucepan, melt butter and oil then saute garlic and pepper.
Drain pasta when cooked and add immediately to pan with sauteed ingredients. Add tuna and stir. Then add beaten eggs, cheese, and parsley to pan.

Cook, stir and serve. Lovin it!
